He is suitably qualified with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing and Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from best-rated universities locally and abroad. He is an expert in developing information systems both web and mobile platforms using RAD and Agile Scrum methodologies. He also delivers Business Consulting for best results in data management and managing business data on handheld devices. He is also a skilled in Project Monitoring and Evaluation, data mining and reporting by use of tools such as Tableau, SPSS, STATA, Power Query and Power BI.
Emmanuel has now grown expertise around Monitoring & Evaluation from developing data collection tools, theory of change, logic models, M&E systems and results framework that help projects monitor their intervention from resource and inputs allocation through to the sought outcomes and overall impact.
